About This Policy
MOVE Deliveries LLC ("MOVE," "we," "us") is responsible for the information described in this policy. It applies to our public website, quote and account requests, driver applications, and communications about those requests. It explains what we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about your choices.
A request is not a confirmed delivery, an active customer account, or a driver engagement. Operational services, customer portals, integrations, and driver applications may require additional notices and agreements before they are activated. This policy does not represent unfinished management-system features as currently available.
Information We Collect
You provide information when you complete a form or contact us. We collect only what is reasonably needed for the purpose described below. Optional fields are identified in the form. We also receive limited technical information as you use the website.

|---|---|---|
| Contact And Company Details | Name, company, email, phone and business address. | Respond to inquiries and assess company or account requests. |
| Delivery Request Details | Pickup and destination, package count, weight, optional dimensions, requested dates and times, time zone, selected service and instructions. | Review the requested delivery, timing, handling and quote. |
| Driver Application Details | Name, email, phone, city, state, ZIP, vehicle, availability and experience. | Review interest in delivering for MOVE customers and contact the applicant. |
| Address And Route Data | When enabled: address components, optional suite, coordinates, Places identifiers and driving distance. | Validate the requested locations and calculate an applicable quote. |
| Communications And Preferences | Messages, request status, consent wording and submission time. | Handle follow-up, document the request and respect communication choices. |
| Technical And Security Data | IP address, browser/device information, session identifiers, pages requested and server/security logs. | Deliver the website, protect forms and investigate errors or abuse. |
How We Use Information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare and review quotes, evaluate account requests and driver applications, clarify local pickup and delivery requirements, and communicate about the request you made. We also use limited records to prevent abuse, troubleshoot the website, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
We do not use public form information to infer a person’s health condition or to make clinical decisions. We do not collect information for an unrelated purpose without an appropriate notice and, where required, your consent. Submitting a service request does not automatically enroll you in promotional email or text messages.
When Information Is Disclosed
Authorized MOVE team members may access information needed to review and respond to your request. Providers that support hosting, communications, security, or enabled address and routing services may process the information required for those functions. Access should be limited to the work being performed, with appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
If your request progresses to a delivery, relevant pickup, destination, contact, and handling details may be provided to the people coordinating or performing that service. We do not give drivers unrelated applicant records or the full contents of our website lead database.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal process, protect safety or legal rights, investigate fraud, or support a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not sell public form submissions or provide their contents to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile numbers and messaging consent records are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Cookies And Website Tracking
Essential cookies and similar technologies support security, administration, and form sessions. For example, Quick Quote uses a temporary session cookie to bind a request to its browser session. WordPress may use authentication cookies when an authorized user signs in. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but some functions may then be unavailable.
Analytics, advertising pixels, embedded social tools, or other optional tracking are separate from essential site functions. Before introducing them, we will identify their purposes and providers and provide the consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law. We do not treat submitting a form as consent to optional advertising tracking.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) communicates an opt-out preference for sale or sharing where applicable. Our public form information is not sold or shared for cross-context advertising; a GPC signal does not disable essential form processing. If a feature introduces a covered sale or sharing activity, applicable preference-signal handling and privacy choices must be in place before activation. Browser Do Not Track signals are different and do not, by themselves, change the essential functions described here.
Addresses, Maps And Location
Addresses you enter may include a street address, optional suite or unit, city, state, ZIP code, and, when address lookup is enabled, coordinates and a Google Places identifier. Enabled routing services may calculate driving distance between the pickup and destination. Providing an address is not the same as granting access to your device’s live location.
When Google address or routing services are enabled, Google receives the query or route information needed to provide that service and may process associated device or network information under its own privacy policy. A browser may contact Google directly for an enabled map or address suggestion. Do not enter confidential patient details into an address search.
The service-area map lets you select a state. If approximate regional information is supplied by a trusted hosting service, it may be used to suggest an initial state; otherwise a default is shown. The public service-area map does not track a visitor’s movement. Any future driver-location feature will require its own operational notice and access controls before activation.

Medical And Other Sensitive Information
Public website forms are for business inquiries and delivery planning—not for patient records. Do not submit patient names linked to medical details, diagnoses, prescriptions, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, identity documents, account passwords, or payment-card information through these forms or routine email.
If a delivery service requires information about a recipient or regulated health information, the customer and MOVE must establish the appropriate approved channel, purpose, access restrictions, and applicable agreements before providing it. This website policy is not a healthcare provider’s Notice of Privacy Practices and is not a claim that this website is HIPAA certified.
How Long Information Is Kept
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the request or relationship, applicable recordkeeping duties, security, dispute resolution, and legal claims. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, whether a request becomes an active relationship, and any legal or contractual requirements. We do not apply an indefinite retention period merely because storage is available.
When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified. Limited records may be retained to document consent, honor a suppression request, or meet a legal obligation. Backup copies may remain until normal rotation and should be restricted from routine use. Future management-system retention schedules and deletion checks will be defined before those systems collect additional information.
Protecting Information
Our privacy standard is to use safeguards appropriate to the information and its risks, including secure transmission, restricted access, minimized collection, provider review, and responsible retention. Security measures must be evaluated as systems and integrations change; this notice does not certify that every future management-system control has already been implemented.
No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe information has been exposed or sent to us in error, contact privacy@movedeliveries.com promptly. Do not send the sensitive information again in your report. Where a notification obligation applies, we will follow the applicable legal requirements.
Your Privacy Choices And Requests
You can ask about information associated with you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing privacy@movedeliveries.com. Tell us the type of request and enough context to locate the relevant record. Do not include a government ID, password, medical record, or full payment details in an initial request. You may also contact our team at (949) 432-7950 for help reaching the privacy contact.
Depending on your location and the law that applies to MOVE’s processing, rights may include access, a portable copy, correction, deletion, an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, limits on certain sensitive-information uses, and an appeal of a denied request. California rights, where applicable, include knowing the categories, sources, purposes and recipients of collected information and receiving equal treatment for exercising privacy rights.
We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing a record. An authorized agent may submit a request with appropriate evidence of authority. You do not need to create an account to contact us. We respond within the time required by applicable law; where a California 45-day response period applies, an allowed extension will be communicated with its reason.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or service-related reasons, and some requests may be subject to an exception. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain the reason and any applicable appeal option. To ask for a review, reply to our privacy response or email privacy@movedeliveries.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. You may also contact the relevant regulator. We will not penalize you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Email, Phone And Messaging Choices
Contact details supplied with a request are used to discuss that request and necessary service follow-up. You can ask us to stop optional promotional communications. Essential responses, legally required notices, and communications needed to handle an active request may still be necessary.
If we introduce promotional texting, a separate, clear opt-in and messaging notice will be required before it begins. The notice will explain the program, frequency, rates, and opt-out and help methods. A website inquiry or driver application alone is not permission to start a promotional texting program.
Children’s Information
The public website’s business and driver inquiry forms are intended for adults, not children under 18. We do not knowingly solicit children’s information through these forms. A medical delivery may involve a minor recipient under a separately arranged service; that does not make the public website a channel for collecting a child’s medical information. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information here.
Other Websites And Processing Locations
Links to third-party websites do not make their privacy practices part of MOVE’s policy. Review the relevant provider’s notice before using its service. Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable provider and transfer protections must be considered before enabling a new service; visiting this website is not blanket consent to every possible international transfer.
Changes To This Policy
We will update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change and show the updated date here. A material change will receive additional notice where required. New purposes or optional tracking will not be introduced solely by silently changing this page.
