The return path matters

Information should flow back into your operation.

Delivery proof is not the end of a courier’s work. It should support reconciliation, customer service, exception review and future route improvement.

Questions, answered

Booking and delivery questions

What information should I provide first?

Include pickup and delivery addresses, ready time, receiving deadline, item details, handling needs and a contact at each location. For recurring work, include frequency and the full stop list.

Is submitting a request a delivery confirmation?

No. The team reviews availability, vehicle fit, timing and handling requirements. The delivery is accepted only after the service is confirmed.

What happens if a delivery cannot be completed as planned?

Use the escalation contacts and instructions agreed for the account. Access problems, unavailable recipients and other exceptions need direction; they should not be recorded as a normal completed handoff.
