More than a package
Be the person a care team can count on.
A pharmacy needs a prescription handed to the right recipient. A laboratory needs a collection delivered within its receiving window. A clinic needs supplies without pulling staff away from patients. Your attention at pickup and delivery helps each team get on with its work.
Local pickups and deliveries—not cross-country freight.
Customer-specific instructions for handling and handoff.
Before you apply
Professional work starts with the basics.
These are the areas we review with applicants. The requirements for a specific opportunity are confirmed before you begin.
01
Ready for the road
Be prepared to discuss your valid driver’s license, vehicle access, driving history and insurance. Specific vehicle and coverage requirements depend on the opportunity.
02
Comfortable with delivery technology
Use a smartphone to review instructions, update delivery status and record the required handoff information in our proprietary platform.
03
Careful with healthcare deliveries
Follow handling instructions, protect private information and complete the screening and training required for the work.
04
Reliable when plans change
Communicate a delay or access problem promptly. Never leave an exception for the customer to discover after the delivery window.

A clear next step
Know the work before the first pickup.
01
Tell us about you
Share your location, vehicle, availability and delivery experience.
02
Review the opportunity
Discuss the work, requirements and applicable terms before deciding whether it fits.
03
Prepare for deliveries
Complete the required review, documentation and onboarding. Learn the customer’s instructions and delivery workflow.
Make an informed decision
Ask about the details that affect your day.
Before you accept an opportunity, review how compensation is calculated, when payment is made, which expenses you are responsible for and what the schedule requires.
Availability varies by location and customer demand. Applying does not guarantee approval, a minimum number of deliveries or earnings.
Your next step
Tell us where you’re ready to deliver.
Start with a few details. Your application goes to driver recruitment—not the customer quote queue.
No document uploads are needed at this stage. If there is a suitable opportunity, the next steps and required documentation will be explained before onboarding.
Questions, answered
Before you get started.
Do I need previous medical courier experience?
Tell us about your experience, including other delivery work. Requirements depend on the opportunity. Any required healthcare training and screening must be completed before you perform the relevant deliveries.
Do I need my own vehicle?
Include the vehicle you have access to in your application. Vehicle arrangements, insurance requirements and responsibility for operating expenses are confirmed for the specific opportunity. Do not buy or lease a vehicle based on submitting this form.
Can I choose when I deliver?
Share your availability. Some customer needs involve agreed pickup times or recurring routes; others involve individual requests. A schedule must fit the actual opportunity, so unrestricted flexibility is not promised.
How much will I earn, and when will I be paid?
Compensation, payment timing and any applicable expenses are discussed for the specific opportunity before you accept. This page does not advertise a guaranteed rate or delivery volume.
Are opportunities available in my city?
MOVE has drivers in markets across the country, but current needs vary. Your city, ZIP code and availability help the team assess whether there is a relevant local opportunity.
What happens after I apply?
MOVE reviews the information you submit. If the team follows up, it will explain the opportunity, working arrangement, required screening and onboarding steps. Applying does not mean you have been approved to make deliveries.
