Your team has better things to chase.
Stop chasing updates.
Start seeing progress.
Live medical delivery tracking through MOVE’s proprietary platform. Follow courier progress, understand the status and prepare for arrival—without another round of “Where is it?”
Delivery visibility. A thoughtful privacy conversation.Local same-day delivery · Human support · Visibility with context
Less chasing. More clarity.
What is an unanswered
delivery question costing your day?
A patient asks the pharmacy. A lab waits on a pickup. A clinic tries to prepare. Your team becomes the middleman for an answer it doesn’t have. What would change if progress was easier to see?
Has it left yet?
Start with the pickup milestone. Give your next conversation a useful point of reference.
Should we get ready?
Use available progress and arrival context to prepare the people at the other end.
Has the loop closed?
Check the electronic proof of delivery. A nearby map pin is not proof of delivery.
See the journey. Know the next move.
A route you can follow.
An update you can use.
A dot shows location. A milestone tells you what happened. Put them together and your team has context—not another thing to guess. Choose an illustrative delivery below to see the workflow.
Delivery progress
Movement you can put in context.
Available location and status information help you follow progress toward the receiving location.
- Pickup confirmed
- 02In transit
- 03At destination
- 04Delivery recorded
“On the way” shouldn’t be the whole answer.
Give your team context.
Not another call to make.
Has the package been collected? Is it moving toward the receiving location? Does someone need to be ready? These are the questions behind the question. MOVE’s proprietary platform connects available location and delivery status so your team can follow the journey with a clearer picture.
Use an available arrival estimate as a planning guide, not a promise. Keep receiving contacts and access instructions current. If progress needs clarification, your agreed dispatch support channel gives the question a human next step.
Technology shows progress. People work through the exceptions.

Know the delivery.
Protect the details.
Your team needs to know where a shipment stands. That doesn’t mean a public form needs a patient’s name, diagnosis or medication history. Useful visibility starts by separating the delivery question from sensitive information.
Before PHI enters any workflow, bring your privacy and security team into the conversation. Review who can see what, how data travels and where it is stored. A confident decision starts with clear answers—not a reassuring badge.
See what to review before getting startedFour questions worth asking.
The right view. For the right people.
Who needs to see the delivery—and who doesn’t? Agree on authorized users, account permissions and how access is removed when responsibilities change.
Track a shipment. Not a patient’s story.
Use delivery references for routine status questions. Keep protected health information (PHI) out of public quote and account forms. Review the approved channel before sharing sensitive details.
Look beyond the padlock.
Modern HTTPS uses TLS—not obsolete SSL—to encrypt data in transit. Confirm the tracking, mobile and integration connections, then review encryption at rest, backups and key management separately.
Confidence needs more than a badge.
HIPAA requires administrative, physical and technical safeguards for ePHI. Review the applicable workflow, risk assessment, access records and incident procedures—and a business associate agreement (BAA) where required.
See the progress. Check the proof.
A moving pin is a signal.
A delivery record closes the loop.
Would seeing a vehicle nearby be enough to tell your team the delivery is complete? Tracking follows the journey. Electronic proof of delivery documents receipt. Each answers a different question.
Follow the progress.
Review the available location, delivery status and arrival context. Updates depend on device connectivity, permissions and service configuration.
Give a change a clear next step.
An access issue or unavailable recipient needs a decision. Keep the receiving contact current and use the agreed dispatch support channel.
Verify delivery completion.
Refer to electronic proof of delivery for the configured completion evidence. Agree on the records your team needs before the delivery begins.
Build visibility around the people who need it.
What would your team
need to know first?
Start with the question your staff are trying to answer. A confirmed pickup? Progress toward a clinic? A completed delivery? We’ll talk through the visibility and service your workflow needs.
- 01
Agree on who needs access.
Identify the authorized people who need delivery visibility. Keep credentials and access appropriate to your team.
- 02
Choose the milestones that matter.
Review the available pickup, movement and receiving information for the service—not just a map position.
- 03
Plan for questions and completion.
Confirm the support contact, receiving instructions and proof your team will use to close the loop.
A better decision starts with a better answer.
Less guesswork.
More informed decisions.

Talk to a delivery expertWhat is live medical delivery tracking?
Live medical delivery tracking brings available courier location, delivery status and route context together so authorized users can follow a medical delivery’s progress. MOVE’s proprietary platform helps connect that visibility to the next pickup, receiving or completion step.
How does my team get access to tracking?
Confirm who needs visibility when booking your delivery or setting up your account. MOVE can discuss the tracking access available for your service. Use authorized access rather than sharing login credentials across your organization.
Is an arrival estimate a guaranteed delivery time?
No. An arrival estimate is a planning aid and may change as the delivery progresses. Traffic, access, device connectivity, permissions and service configuration can affect the information available. Confirm any required delivery deadline when arranging the service.
What should I do if tracking stops updating?
A delayed location update does not, by itself, explain what is happening on the road. Device connectivity, permissions and GPS conditions can affect updates. Use your account’s dispatch support channel when a delivery needs operational clarification.
Does a map pin confirm that the package was received?
No. Location information describes progress. Recipient acceptance and delivery completion are recorded through the configured proof-of-delivery process. Agree on the completion evidence your team needs before dispatch.
Can tracking help with pharmacy, laboratory and medical-supply deliveries?
Yes. Tracking can help these teams follow local delivery progress and prepare for receiving. The handling requirements, authorized users, milestones and completion records still need to be agreed for your materials and service.
What information should we share when asking about a delivery?
Use the delivery reference and the relevant operational question through your agreed support channel. Do not put patient-identifying information in public forms. Confirm your organization’s communication and access requirements when setting up the service.
Does HTTPS or live tracking make a workflow HIPAA compliant?
No. HTTPS uses TLS to protect data in transit, but that alone does not establish HIPAA compliance. Review the administrative, physical and technical safeguards, actual data flows, authorized access and applicable agreements with your privacy and security team before sharing PHI. This page is not a security certification.
How can we review encryption and PHI safeguards before getting started?
Discuss what information the workflow needs, who can access it and which systems receive it. Ask for the applicable documentation on connection security, stored-data encryption, retention, backups and incident handling. Confirm the approved workflow and any required BAA before transferring PHI; public inquiry forms are not a PHI intake channel.
